William Ehrlich was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He is a 1986 graduate of Coronado High School. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso (B.A. 1991) and obtained his law degree from Wesleyan University School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law (J.D. 1994). William is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the El Paso Bar Association.

Herbert Ehrlich was born in New York, New York and raised in El Paso Texas. He is a 1954 graduate of El Paso High School . He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (B.B.A. 1958) and attended the University of Texas at Austin law school (J.D. 1962). Herbert is a member of the Federal Bar Western district of Texas, the State bar of Texas, and the El Paso Bar association. Herbert has been a CPA since 1964, and was a US trustee for the US Bankruptcy court, Western District of Texas, El Paso Division for 4-5 years.
